Esra Roise is an illustrator I’ve been following for years. I was even inspired by her work, at some point, and tried to imitate her style (and I bet there are many many aspiring artists out there who did the same thing).
She is Norwegian, living in Oslo, and a lot of her work involves people and fashion. Her style is loose, glamorous and playful at the same time. She gets her inspiration, as her bio says, from “seemingly small unimportant everyday situations, and snapshot photography with their impulsiveness, bad cropping and weird angles”.
